RALEIGH -- A Plymouth accountant pleaded guilty Wednesday in Wake County District Court to tax charges filed by the North Carolina Department of Revenue.

Michael Steven Biggs, 52, of 104 Spruce Pine Drive, Plymouth, entered guilty pleas to six counts of willfully failing to file his 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 North Carolina individual income tax returns.
