I will give this store a one star only because it does have some good prices. However, I purchased some furniture Sunday during the 20% off sale and financed it because he said it was an excellent interest rate and it was quick. I ask for a paper with the numbers on it and was told he could not give me that because of security that it would be emailed to me. He said we had to pay 189 that day...

I recently talked to a friend of mine who had a run in with a manager at this Big Lots. She was having a problem with finding a watch in a box. They were having a sale on watches and the boxes were disorganized. It was taking her some time to find the one she wanted and rather than helping her with her search he accused her of messing up the rack. Then he demanded that she leave the store and not come back.
