Pools Plus is always very friendly and helpful every time we are there. We get great service from everyone at the store. Everyone is very knowledgable, they always seem to have the right answer to our pool questions.

Pools Plus is very friendly and helpful when they are trying to sell you a pool. Not as nice about customer service once the pool is in place. If you have a problem or need a repair done don't hold your breath and don't belive they will be there on the day they say. Terrible service.
