I am disappointed that every time I leave a message on the prescription refill line, I am never called when the prescription has been filled. I always have to call back to find out if there is a problem or if the prescription is ready. This review is meant for my most recent contact with BBAC and not with my overall experience with the clinic.

Other than a somewhat long wait, I was quite satisfied with the visit. After 30 minutes of waiting in the examination room, we finally saw the vet. She explained that they are also a walk-in emergency clinic, and they'd had a dog who required immediate attention which resulted in our wait. Staff is very friendly and do a great job of making me feel like my pet is getting the best care, which is the number one priority. I would recommend Betty Baugh's to anyone who wants quality care for their pet. My only bad experience was when I had to call to schedule my dogs second round of heartworm treatment, rather than have Betty Baugh's call me.

The Vets and staff at Betty Baugh's Animal Clinic are excellent and so caring and knowledgeable. I have used this clinic for many years and cannot say enough good things about their attention to my dogs and their well-being.

BB looks out for your animal's best interest. The staff went Above and beyond to make my timid new pup feel comfortable. Their vet services are reasonable, which is hard to find on our area. Highly recommend!
