We had a car rental reservation for 3 weeks. On the way to pick up the car, Hertz called to say they had no car for us. They also said they doubt we could find any cars in the area. The unprofessional "oh well" attitude is what was unbelievable. We are not cold hearted people and understand when things are beyond people's control but the "oh well" attitude was appalling.
