The office manager called me the other day to apologize for any inconvenience I had. They emailed me the PD measurement, which I appreciated but also thought it was weird because when I called earlier, the assistant told me that they did not measure it and I had to ask for it specifically. In any case, I appreciate that they follow up with me, hence I increased the rating to 3 stars.
