Great hotel

We left some bags of souvenirs in a closet, and the hotel staff later called us and saved them before us at the front desk. A rare thing in today's world.

Shouldn't be a PLUS, just a normal Best Western

We thought that a Best Western PLUS would be better than the other two BWs that we stayed at, but it was just average. Location was good and front desk folks were helpful

This hotel is very basic. That Plus next to Best Western doesn't translate to any noticeable upgrades. Very weak wifi, uncomfortable, cheap pillows, tired carpets and old elevators. Breakfast offerings more limited comparing to other chains. Good location to visit W&M or colonial Williamsburg. The staff is friendly and for sure they do the best they can. My complaints have nothing to do with...

This is an OK hotel. Nothing special but OK. Very crowded. The breakfast is very difficult due to the crowds. Like I say it's an OK hotel.

Best Western Historic Area is only 1 mile from Colonial Williamsburg, and less than 4 miles from Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. College of William and Mary is less than 1 mile away.
