The location and indoor swimming pool.\n\nThe room was clean but musty smelling and damp. The pools a great convenience both the jacuzzi had scum build up on the upper tiles that you could see had not been dealt with in quite some time. The fact that the breakfast was over at 9am a disappointment
The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good.\n\nDue to allergy issues I would not stay again in a pet friendly motel. The hall smelled like animals though the carpet looked relatively clean.
The close proximity to the University.\n\nThe hotel was dated! We had to go to a nearby store for insect spray because maintenance was not available and the housekeeper was afraid of spiders. A filty bathtub, no shower curtain, soap or towels! Front desk informed us, they were out of clean towels
