They said they had nonsmoking rooms and floors, but that's not the case. Whole place reeks of cigarettes.

I was in room 101, I did not sleep at all, my room is next to the elevator, and was extremely loud. I will never stay there again. I do need to say front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Asked 4 smoke free room, changed rooms 3 times still room smelled like smoke but assured it was a smoke free room BUT IT WAS NOT

Although I made a reservation for a non-smoking room, the room I received had bad smell of smoke. Also the room didn't have no-smoke sign next to room number while several other rooms had the sign. I asked the person at the front if the room is non-smoking room and why it didn't have the sign. Her response was that not all non-smoking rooms has the sign.
