Can't beat the location, right off the interstate.Room was very clean and neat. Only negative, didn't see any restaurants in the immediate area but was too tired to look further.

We went to Roanoke Rapids and stayed at the Best Western of Roanoke Rapids. The hotel was awesome and the staff was top notch. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and were 100% satisfied during our stay, they gave us great directions to our concert destination and to near by stores. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the cleaning staff...

outside rooms

Hotel was different than expected. Picture showed two-story building that I assumed was the main hotel. As it turned out, the rooms were out behind that building, with outside access. This was not the safest scenario for two young female travelers, and I feel like the photo was deceptive. I would have never chosen it if I knew it had outside rooms, and feel like the price was too much for what...

I made this reservation as a first night destination for my son and his wife after their wedding. The room was paid for, but when they checked in, they asked for the card which the room was paid with. Of course, they weren't in possession of MY Visa card. My son had to use his card to pay again.
