The staff was very friendly and helpful.\n\nThe noise from the room above us was horrible, neither one of us got much sleep. Was very disappointed and upset. Also there did not seem to be enough seating in the breakfast area. This was y first time staying at Best Western, we usually stay at Holid

Good water pressure in shower\n\nThe key locks dont work, staff is unprepared, ordered rooms online and still had to wait 30 mins to check in because no paperwork on there end. First room still had someone else's belongings in it and dirty. Ac units are old, slow, and outdated.
