I honestly believe that this place has good service. I actually live on Smithfield but travel across the bridge everyday to work so it's very convenient for me to drop it off on the way to work and pick it up whenever they say it's ready. "I dropped off 2 jackets and a skirt on Tues. April 19, that needed to be ready for an event Sunday, April 24. I was told it would be ready by Friday the 22nd. The receipt also stated Friday as the "ready" date. I stopped in, after work, about 5:15 on Friday to pick up the items--the door was locked.
