Stood around for approx a half hour waiting for help in the router area. The only employee in sight was a short girl with brunette hair named Marisa who stood around with her phone out, talking about Snapchat filters of all things with an older gentleman. When I asked her for help, she told me she worked warehouse and continued her conversation without looking for anyone to assist me....
