Nothing more simple than putting a binder on a couple sheets of paper. Took it to OfficeMax because it was close to my location. The guy says, "you have to leave it with me". Really?? Staples employees have never told me that. He could have done it in the time it took us to have the actual conversation about why he couldn't do it.

Love the prices and deals they always have available. As far as customer service, it is horrible. You always have to wait more than 20 minutes to even return or pick up an order.

I'm glad the management of that store saw fit to replace the computer, even though they weren't really obligated to in the first place. One of the hard FACTS that shows there are two breeds of management in Best Buy: The "new style" that actually puts the customer first, and the "old style" that puts their metrics first.

They finally made good

I was contacted by the manager of Best Buy last week and they ended up replacing my computer with a brand new one...actually much better than the one I had. I did file a complaint with the BBB.. along with pictures to prove I never spilled anything on it.. So things are all good now. All of the calls never did any good..the BBB complaint did the trick..
