I bought a Toshiba laptop that has been a pure lemon. The hard drive has been replaced twice in less than a year, the repairs have taken 3 weeks or more, and there is no sense of urgency or empathy from staff that you BUY A COMPUTER BECAUSE YOU NEED A COMPUTER.

I agree

When the store has our weekly ads, they must have the minimum amount in store.  Now, if an item is located in the MANAGERS OFFICE, i assure you that they are not for any employees.  They're there for a specific reason.  The lady you saw walk out with one probably grabbed the last one, so don't jump to conclusions.

If you're looking for a Wii this season, DO NOT go to this Best Buy. When I entered the store I was told by more than 4 employees that the Wii systems were out of stock and sold out. Seeing as to how they were such a popular item, I figured that it was true and all the Wii's had been sold. I decided instead to look for an alternate gift.
