Your sales people are poorly trained jerks who know less about electronics than my dog, but pretend to be experts and know high-pressure sales tactics that are certain to drive me out the door. The computer components are third rate, overpriced, often factory seconds, and are often defective when first purchased. It would be a far better world if Best Buy went out of business. Do yourself a favor and order online.
