This store stinks. I will never come back again very poor customer service. They have you stand there talk to each other and don't even acknowledge that you are waiting

I love best buy, they have good prices and they price match This store is okay kinda small, but best buy is great company with great customer service and good loyal program.

My niece bought a laptop from Best Buy and when she went to turn it on it didn't work. She went to exchange it and they told her she needed a driver license. She is a high school student. We pointed out that the receipt only states photo I'd and the manager read something off his computer saying it has to be a driver's license. I will never shop and best buy again. I hope no one shops there.
