Terrible experience! We came in for KitchenAid DW. There were 3 nearly-identical models that ranged from $699-$1199 that we were interested in. Associate told us the only difference is the 3rd knife rack, which 2 of them had. That shallow piece of plastic at the top is $400? Uh, I guess we'll skip it then. …
