On a Sunday, I had a strange vibration in my leg. I called the clinic and it was closed and the message suggested a call to the Winchester hospital. I did so and was told that the on-call doctor was Aiello. I called and left a message. She never called back. Since it felt like bubbles in a vein, I was very concerned. This is not the first time problems with Berryville. Its too bad Dr. Kaiser...
Dr Kaiser is a great doctor and I eouldnt go anywhere else. He has helped me and many of my family members.
She is awesome she spends quality time with you and answers all questions you have.

Dr. Kaiser has been our family doctor for over a decade. He has spent the time needed with us and has been friendly and professional. His office staff is courteous and helpful. Much better than any doctor we found in West Virginia. We drive over 30 miles one way to see him.
