I had an appointment at 3pm, and was not seen until 4pm. I was called to go back into the room, I sat on the patient chair and the nurse started reviewing my paperwork, and also asked me about the purpose of my visit. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
