Super convenient to major highways, BW Parkway, shopping, Columbia etc. Great centralized location. Management company can't help that gentrification in D.C. is driving an unsavory element into the area.

Maintenance and service for the apartment complex is terrible. I have reported issues numerous times and they have not gotten fixed, including: water damage to ceiling in bathroom from apartment above us, puddle with mold in the laundry room, and jammed coin machines in the laundry units. Maintenance staff will also enter apartment unannounced to do things such as replace AC thermostat.

Be carefull if you want to live here. I wish I would know about this web site before I applied, but I did not know. Anyway, once I applied they didn't do anything to verify my employment and previous residency, my application was just waiting there for nothing. I called a week after I applied to find out all this, after I called they fax me the papers to give to my supervisor and to my lender,...

I love the community, the management staff are very friendly and helpful, unlick some apartment complexes they actually show that they care about the tenants. Parking is not the best but you will usually be able to find a parking spot within 100 yards or less of your building. I have had a couple issues with the maintenance team but it was nothing major.
