In the year that I have lived here there have been three incidents of the apartments catching on fire and two other incidents of not being able to get to your house due to the amount of cop cars that have blocked off the entrances and exits. The rent is more than reasonable for a two bedroom, two bath apartment. Work orders and requests are responded to in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly. Occasionally, the staff will offer pool parties in the summer for the complex. The pool is on the small side, but I'm more of a beach person. The only negative is the no pet policy.
