Well, Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical has just done a real good job and, every time they come, they are wiling to do extra. They have gone into the attic to change the filters, and they have replaced the two wall hydrants that had frozen. They had to completely replace them and we haven't had any trouble since. They seem to be real competent people who work there at Berkey's....

During our BAM inspection, the technician was able to find the cause of a chronic problem as well as give us some options on another unit that was starting to fail. Overall a great experience.
