Run as fast and as far away a you can!!!
RUN!!!!! Arrived to a FILTHY, BUG FILLED house after a 15 hour drive. Called to resolve the issue with PAM....she hung up on me. They ignore maintenance requests, their employees are unable to perform the simplest of tasks and with the exception of Tanya, the receptionist are the RUDEST group of people I have encountered in a "professional" organization in my life. I am a landlord myself and am continually in awe of the absolute greed and incompetence of these people. They give slum-lords a bad name. I don't care HOW bad you want the house, DON'T do it. Go to the county records, find the owners, contact them directly and make a deal. Include links to ANY review sites to make your case....they are ALL just like this one, not a good word to say about the company! I would have paid the Berkeley commission in the form of higher rent that the landlord would have been required to pay, just so that I would never have to deal with this group!
