Family owned and easily to fall in love with. Best BBQ sandwiches I've had in the area and the bread! Oh the bread! You gotta try it!!

I just had the chicken pie. Delicious! Also tried the butter pecan ice cream. Some of the best I have had. Flavors are blended nicely and it's not too rich. Glad I stopped (to bad there wasn't any milk. Guess I'll have to come back.)

I've gone here since I was a weee little lady. It's always been home to me. With all their fresh baked goods and their amazing ice cream this place is by far one of the best in Chesapeake VA! Keep up the good work, Oh they also have AMAZING STAFF

My family has been going to bergeys since before I was born. Great people, amazing BBQ and ice cream. Everything here is just plain delicious!

Bergey's is such a great example of why simple is SO much better. No frills are necessary here, that's for sure. It's home cooking at its finest and we should all be so lucky they share it with us!
