*********do not call bennetts heating and air (on big bethel)******** they are terrible!!! Mike bennett used to be friends of my dads so we called them a month ago and the same issuse that was wrong last time that cost us 480 bucks to fix arose again and they came out again after my mom called them and asked if i should call the warranty people or have them come out again and they were suppose to call me and all of a sudden they were at my door and i thought they were going to check out the issue to see if it was the same thing. I had no idea they were coming by so of course i thought that it was going to be free! It was the same problem they wee suppose to fix last time! Well they charged me again for the same issue which was a 15 dollar fix plus 100 in labor, for fixing what was suppose to be fixed already!!! I told them so nicely i cant agree to pay because i didnt know i was even being charged!!! Zeb told me that they dont back the work they do because "his guys are under insurance and they have pay for the insurance so they cant give away freebies no matter what the situation..." funny cause we paid $480 less than a month ago so i dont think that they even came and worked... They probably went to the 7-11 for half an hour and charged me like that was labor time like the last time they came over... Anyways, after 20 minutes of back and forth, they rudely told me to forget it and that they would comp. I said thank you and the worker left. Then 30 minutes later, i am wondering why my house is still hot and i go out to the unit to find that they ripped out the fuse again and took out the good ones and left. The unit still isnt working. I called mike bennetts daughter or receptionist and she rudely told me to call someone else and hung up on me! Plus zeb, the guy i talked to was exceptionally rude!!!family friends??? if this is how they treat friends, i dont want to think about the general public! I have never been so upset in my life!!! Please dont think about even giving them your business!!! They should be shut down!!!
I've bought 2 Trane units for my house from them and I love my energy savings. They did a quality job and it was more afordable than the other Trane dealers.
