Recently I had the need for physical therapy on my right shoulder and was given the option of selecting among several facilities. I feel fortunate to have selected Benchmark. The staff was prompt and professional. I was a non-believer in PT at first, but my mind has been changed thanks to the good work of the therapist, Erin, and her technicians, Kim & Jasmine.
Benchmark is changing my life. This has been great for me physically and emotionally. I've had problems for over 4 years and am now beginning to feel better with life. I love this place and I don't know why no one has recommended this to me in the past. I am finally getting better.
The three month's experience was the best ever physical therapy in my life and the primary therapist, Lindsay, is by far the most outstanding, knowledgeable therapist I've worked with. I feel my stamina has improved overall, and I've learned especially something important: When I feel most tired, achey or in pain, rather than resting completely by going back to bed, it is critical to get up, move around and keep going for overall well being. The staff are all very friendy and professional. The office staff were always helpful in setting appointments. Derek treated me a few times and certainly knows his professional. ALesha did most of my treatments and she is certainly impressive. I made tremendous progress under her care and supervision. She is a delight and a pleasure to work with.

My husband had physical therapy at Benchmark PT in Sandy Springs. Although the staff was pleasant enough, he is under the impression that some of the people who directed portions of his therapy were not more than office staff. They also use a lot of students, which he was OK with. He was not billed at the rate for office staff conducted therapy, of course. The crunch came when we found out that they did not keep within the confines of the number of physical therapy visits allowed by our insurance company.
