I should have read the reviews of this place before shopping here. Why give a estimated date, and then not have the film developed? My film was not ready when they told me it was going to be. And you better bet it was way over-priced.

17.00/roll, with no prints? You've got to be kidding me. Find someplace else, unless you want to wait forever to get your film back.

Seriously, this place is AWFUL. The staff is incredibly rude. I dropped something off on a Thursday and was told it would be ready on Monday. When I went ti pick it up on Wednesday --- two days after I was told it'd be ready -- it still wasn't done. I could deal with that --- things happen -- I give people the benefit of the doubt. The thing that irked me is that the staff was so rude -- not so much as an ""I'm sorry about that"" --- they all need to take a class in Retail Manners 101. And by the way, my order still wasn't done when they told me it'd be done the next day. And still...

I have been a loyal customer since 1998 and only trust these guys with my images. When i enter the store the staff( which i must add has been the same for all these years) make me feel like family.
There prices are very competative and there quality is top rate. Give them a try and you wont regret it.
There is not many photo stores left in New york, so they must be doing something right ...... \r
