The place was clean. The service was good. There were plenty of choices and the ice cream was really yummy.

Take copons it worth it ! For 7$ you have like 5 scoop of whatever you want amd it's ben & jerrys so everythings very good. Little -, the restroom are broken for now...

In Virginia Beach, there are ice cream shops everywhere, it seems. There appears to be a Kohr Brothers on every block or two on Atlantic Avenue. There are also a couple of Dairy Queens. Ben & Jerry's is a cut above the rest, and there are coupons available in every VB book in town.

We thought "ice cream and free fireworks" what actually happened was a 45 minute wait and we missed the fireworks. I was there so long I walked over and got a coupon for but one get one half-off. Would not go again!

Music was too loud, so we had trouble hearing the servers. We had a coupon for buy one/get one free cone. After they had already filled our order, they charged us for the cone, showed us a different coupon that didn't include the price of the cone, and refused to adjust the price. We probably should have just handed back...
