Very experienced and knowledgable

Injured in an car accident in Manhattan. Looked through a dozen law firms but none of them were able to take my case. Vel did not only keep his word and charged me only after the case was sealed, but also got the top scoring settlement. Thanks a bunch.

Dental malpractice case. Vel Belushin was my choice because of his stellar reviews and immediate attention to my case (I realize this type of case is not just for everybody to grab). Despite exhausting proceedings timewise, I am satisfied with the results. I guess this is the only fact that matters.

My sister had an accident on the work site and was actually reluctant to seek legal help. She did call a few lawyers who ridiculed even the possibility of a case. At last, I called Vel who immediately set up a conference call and offered a new approach to the situation. He pledged to take no fee until the settlement was reached. The process was not super fast, but most important the case was resolved favorably.

This lawyer is a no time waster. Everything was prepared and filed briefly. I did not even have to talk to the insurance co. The firm has a very humanistic and down to earth approach, so I didn't have to wait for ages to talk to Vel. He was always readily available. The result was awesome.
