I lived here for about 6 months and the maintenance people were great every time we called for something to get fixed they came right away. The only issue I had was the parking it is very limited. Overall it is a nice apartment and you can tell they're well kept.

Belmont at Providence is a joke when it comes to "luxury" apartments. The apartments themselves are nice, the staff are friendly, but the checkout process is ridiculous. Our apartment was spotless when we left (the staff member who closed us out agreed) and there were no new issues. We just got a bill for over 300 dollars, and that was after our 350 dollar deposits were factored in.

My husband and I had no issues while living here, it was after we moved out that we were charged an arm and a leg. They claimed our pets had urinated in several places around the apartment and charged us for the carpet to be replaced plus an additional $400 to "seal the subfloor".
