Moving out after 10 months and found Belmont to be a good place to be. Good staff - Marlene and Lauren have been very helpful. Quiet, clean, full amenities. Some reviewers complain about noise and parking...don't know what that's about. Plenty of parking and no noise anywhere, seriously. $950 p/m and $40 water but I got a credit since I used so little. Felt very safe there and it was a good location.

Top of the line facility with large ceilings, kitchen upgrades, with full size w/d in each unit. All units have a balcony. Although grills are not allowed they have provided 4 units with gazebo's and sheltered picnic tables. The staff is friendly and they are attentive to repair request which are limited.
