Dr. Tony is very unprofessional. He gives out confidential information that is pertaining to the client knowing full well, that this is a violation of the client. I do not recommend this practice.

He doesn't listen to me, doesn't understand my issues. Refuses to give my records or test results to appropiate people with plenty of preauthorization and approvals and release forms signed by myself.
