*** PLEASE ADVISE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! *** If possible I would give this place a Zero Star, costumer service is horrible. I brought my dogs to get groomed yesterday and the lady who verbally told me to pick up my dogs at 1:30 before I left, ended up not being ready. She was rude and nasty. She ended up talking down at me. Asking me who told you to come here and no one ever called you....
I have a dog that has some anxiety issues, and does not like to be away from me. He went in with no problem, no barking while I filled out the paper work. Felecia and Jada told me he was good, and explained a routine that would help him get used to other people grooming him as well as with the maintenance that his breed needs. I am sooo happy with how calm he was when I went to pick him up....
First year living in avenel we tried three places. Combined, they may equal 5 stars. Found puppy doos and haven't been anywhere else. Jennifer is great owner, with the dogs, and a real pleasure to work with. And i love playing with willis, her bull dog.
i took my tiny dog to a few different groomers and they were terrible to this day she is scared to get groomed but ever since jennifer took care of her shes been better, jennifer is very good and gentle with animals, i am very happy with her, definitely recommend
A very clean shop, professional, hair cut was adorable, staff was cheerful & lovingl. Most important, my dog was very happy and relaxed when going home. At our next appointment, rushed in the door ready for her groom. Upon my pick-up I saw the cutest cat groomed as a lion. Luv this Salon. .
