I have been a client of Arlette for 5 years. Arlette has the magic touch. She does beautiful hair styles and many of her clients have long healthy hair. Very few of her clients have weaves. In fact one of her clients started with hair that was above the ears and after 8 years her hair is waist length.And yes these clients are fully African-American Women.
