NEVER go through BEE Realty Corp. They are absolutely worst in the real estate industry. Especially C. Douglas Jr. He is one of the most ignorant, careless, heartless, selfish broker associate our family ever had to deal with. If you can, please avoid this business. As soon as they close out the deal, they are absolutely worthless. They do not care about you. Do not ever return to phone calls...
