I moved out of my house about a month ago and my RA has returned after being in remission for quite some time. And i was off medications.I thought back to what may have been some of the changes. One of the main differences I came up with is I no longer had a fabulous bath tub! I used to take Epsom salts baths 2-3x per week with lavender and a touch of tea tree oil.
