I have had them since my 7 year old rottweiller was 6 weeks old. They are very thorough and will work with local clients that are financially disadvantaged. She is a vet that gives back to the community. Highly recommended!!!

This is not the A.S.P.C.A where you will find caring, professional, genuine animal loving Doctors. This is place where you pay the most for the least and poorest care for your pet(s). This clinic's main concern is your pocketbook. Pets are family members and should be given the utmost care and concern. There is no dollar amount that you can place on the love that you have for your pet(s). $1600, two weeks to 3 months later; we ended up with 2 out of 3 of our cats alive, with one of them found to be still in discomfort. No clear diagnois is ever given, just probabilities. The same ones that you had when you came into the office. Please make the journey to Manhattan to the ASPCA. It will save you much heartache and your pet(s) will receive the best professional care available. These people are rip off artists and thieves. They will have you pay to have your pet(s) suffer more than when you first brought them in for care.Courtesy follow-up calls to their new clients? Heck, no. They are out to sell products. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. Do not take your pet(s) to this facility. Why the one star rating? We did receive a receipt for monies paid.
I had my cats stay overnight several times. They love your pet like their own. Go in early, because it gets very busy. The staff are professional, courteous, and amiable. I was nervous about leaving my boys at first, because they had never stayed away from home, but staff made me feel reassured. They even gave my boys treats. I would recommend Bedford Stuyvesant Veterinary clinic to anyone.
Very nice and caring. I appreciate the customer service. The only thing that I was a little taken aback had to do with the finances; I called first & inquired about vaccination ($165) & nail clipping ($25). By the time I left my bill was $334. It would have been nice to be offered a pre-financial determination, just so that I can make sure that I know the expectations for payment. Maybe some...
I brought my 17 yrs old dog Rosie to see Dr. Pruden, who carefully and professionally took the time to explain to me the current situation with my baby and explain the best necessary health plan for her golden years. Thank you to Ms. Luz as well for always taking care of my baby and being extremely professionally.
Dr. Pruden is excellent. The waiting room could b better but the service is good.
