Worst experience ever. I moved here 7 months ago from California and needed to have a few things dry cleaned. Among this stuff, was my favorite sweater of all time. Bedford Cleaners ruined a suit jacket (over $700). When I spoke with the owner, he stated it was not his fault, there was nothing he was going to do about it, and called me an "Ignorant customer."

Very unprofessional, very irresponsible and very rude!

Will never use them again and would strongly suggest no one else does!
