Help us make it rightEXTREMELY HAPPY-- A very professional and follow-through business! From the day we contacted Mr. Becker and his crew came out to put in a new lawn and build a retainer wall, Mr. Becker was engaged in the process from Day #1. We have been extremely happy with the outcome of our yard :) so happy in fact, that his crew is coming back in the spring to put in a few palm trees - We have definitely found our new landscaper! Good ones are hard to come by and I would highly recommend Becker Enterprises to anyone who wants excellent customer service, attention to detail and at reasonable rates.
Very dissatisfied. Contract work to install paver patio in April 2012. Charged for extra fees after project completion with no warning, agreement on cost or addendum to written contract. Per written contract; ""Any alterations or deviation from specifications involving extra cost or labor and material will ONLY be executed with an agreed upon written proposal for same, and will be an extra charge over the sum upon in this contract. All agreements must be in writing."" Contractor used an obscure statement on back of contract¿ 'verbal change orders accepted for unforeseen, unknown...
