This place is awful, it was dirty, dark and gloomy inside and the service was terrible. Not to mention that the only reason I even went there was to get a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup, which of course they were out of by 5pm on a Wednesday. Just pathetic

Never go to this Bear Rock. I sent them a catering order for a corporate meeting over a day ahead of time. Not only was the food disgusting and the orders completely wrong, but they were still in the middle of fixing the food by the time I arrived to pick it up. I arrived at the meeting 45 minutes late. Not only that, but the manager acted like it was somehow OUR fault that they screwed up. She said that they were too busy in the mornings to fix our food on time...and that we should have known that. Sorry, lady. But nobody eats at a friggin deli for breakfast. Come up with a better...

Bear Rock Has Gone To Hell

Bear Rock used to be cool. When I first was going here it was clean, fun, and the service and food were all top notch. My last couple of visits will be my last.

I will never set foot in another Bear Rock for the rest of my days. This place has gone to hell.
The food is poor. The place is just dirty and unkept. The people working here act like they are doing me a huge favor; serving me dog food in a basket.

Bye Bye Bear Rock.

Experience was less than sterling. Wrong order, incompetent staff and very dirty. I would not recommend eating at this Bear Rock Cafe. From the looks of the review below and my experience there are too many other good choices out there!
