If you have kids do not move there cause they will write you up if the kids are playing outside like your in school or somthing then tell u your in lease violation, also your rent go up every time u renew your lease regardless if you pay the rent on time all the time or not "beware" if u live there live there for as long as u can then renew your lease year to year not 6 months o month to month...

I loved this place when i first moved in then everything went to hell. When i moved out they hit me with a bill
That didnt bother me but they are trying to charge me twice for my last month there i do not recommend anyone live there
They charge 715 for a 2 bedroom basement apartment

When we first moved in this was a great place to live. It was simply the best value in Asheville. Since that time it has become clear that the great price is just a lure to get you in. The rent raises are hefty. If you are month to month, they want you gone. In the two years that we have lived here almost every unit in our building has been turned twice.
