Wow... BBT has some nerve... I've filed for fraud on my account and they denied it both times and refused to open the fraud case up again even with a letter of admission from the culprit who did...

This Bb&t truly lacks any sense of hospitality and has yet to provide me with anything close to tolerable customer service.
