Very affordable. Friendly staff. I moved across the country after leasing over the internet and it has been a great experience. The property is an older one, but well worth the value.

I recently moved to Baywatch Pointe and so far so good. I did have one minor issue upon moving in ( a leaky faucet) but one call to the office and it was taken care of by the time I came home that evening. The townhome is very nice and was in very good condition when I moved in. I love it here and hope to stay for a while.

When moving in the apartment, the office staff and maintencacne off made us feel right at home. Neighbors are and seem very nice as well. I guest you shouldn't believe everything you read. See for your self.

hello it is wake up time for baywatch. you guys need to clean up your ack and stop with the false addvertisement before you get in trouble. what you say to people and what you do people remember it. so if i where you i would watch it. by the way you guys a terrible and i would never reffer anyone to you.
