I took my car there for rear brake work. I received an initial estimate and threw in a request for alignment and oil change. The mechanic called me and tried to upsell me on $800 of work that I did not need. For example, he tried to tell me that my front brake pads were 'low.' I had my front brake pads replaced less than a year ago - the first time in 3 years. I drive LESS now than I did in the 3 years before my front brake pads were replaced. I got the rear brakes done and will go back to my trusted mechanic to make sure it was done correctly. I chose Bay Dominion because they were nearby and my regular mechanic is a bit of a distance. I totally regret going to them and feel that they are the types of mechanics that take advantage of people that they think are totally ignorant of cars, especially women. I will never do business with them and feel morally obligated to warn others. Don't make my mistake!
