Bay Automotive has been a family owned dealership in Norfolk for over 30 years. Today's Bay has 2 locations, one here on N. Military Highway and Bay Old Dominion Collision & Service Center at 4201 Colley Avenue, also in Norfolk.
While we continue to sell quality preowned vehicles here at Bay, both locations have excellent Collision departments and Service Technicians capable of working on all makes and models for body repair, oil changes, state inspections, brakes, engines, heat and a/c ....you name it, we can fix it.
Our friendly staff are waiting to assist you with all your vehicle needs.
Free Estimates by appointment are available at both locations; we handle body repairs for almost all Insurance agencies. Our workmanship is excellent; we are the only dealership in Hampton Roads approved by AAA for Collision, Service and Sales.

Referred by my insurance company My experience has been nothing but great from the beginning to completion . In very short time I had a rental car and my car was completed in a short time and they cleaned up the car like new, including the inside. The repairs were very good and matched color as well.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Sorento through First Team. I worked with James Grayer, and met some of the other employees, through the whole process. It was quick, painless and I got a better deal than I expected. I did six months of research on this purchase and am glad I went with First Team!!
