Dishonest billing department, told me estimates and then sent me a bill for significantly more. No comment about being out of network until they had scheduled me for two appointments, told me different numbers, then a bill for 5 times as much a few weeks later. Not impressed.

The team at Bay Breeze is welcoming and professional. Their communications seemed flawless, and made me feel less anxious during my visit. The office is bright and clean, and has such a positive vibe. Kim, my hygienist explained every step of the process, and made me feel at ease. While Dr. Santana helped to work through processes and let me know all of my options for care of a broken tooth....
