Terribly rude customer service. Went in to replace a laptop battery- we were asked if we had the model number of the battery, so we said "yes, in fact we have the battery here" to which the woman responded "well that's not the same thing, there's a difference, that's not what I asked for." No one deserves to be talked down to like that, so we left without purchasing! I would highly recommend...
Terrible customer service. Very rude! Will never go there again. If anyone needs a cell phone repaired I would recommend going to CPR in Hidenwood.
Horrible management. Last week one of the employees of batteries plus bulbs replaced my 15 year old daughter's iPhone screen. When we picked it up he told her that he wished she wasn't under age so he could date her. That did not stop him from giving his phone number to her. When the management got involved they decided to sweep it under the rug. Terrible company!!
Thank you guys for replacing the battery in my iPod Classic. I'm a happy camper now!! :)
