I needed a specific battery and this store is nearby. I went in and the man behind the desk was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge me, he just kept on talking. Big shout out to this company and their staff. Completely obliterated the screen on my iPhone and they fixed it in no time flat and at a very fair price. Next time I'm being graceful - this is where I will go. Customer for life.

Its just this particular location. Bad customer service. Was barely acknowledged when I walked into the store. The two men that worked used hesitant eye language to determine who should help me. The person that did help me was rude when I asked about a battery. And he didn't even put the battery in the bag when I checked out.
