I scheduled an appointment specifically to have an ingrown nail fixed. I took time off work and showed up for the appointment.

He walked in and took a look at my nail and said that he had never fixed an ingrown nail before.

He left after 2 minutes and I got charged $125 for the visit.

What kind of a doctor reads the appointment notes and still allows the patient to come in to see them,...

I am 65 years old. Had both my shoulders replaced by Doctor Kruse, one almost 2 yrs ago and the other 1 yr ago. The whole process with rehab has been incredible. Almost no pain after the operations. I had minimal use of my right arm close to a year. I had to have a total shoulder replacement. I dreaded having it done. It turned out to be 100% better than I expected. With 6 weeks of physical therapy I regained full use of my arm. Dr. Kruse is very good, kind, caring and explains things well. He also does an excellent job of controlling pain.
